Valuable Work Experience

Working alongside our year-round team, you’ll get firsthand resumé boosting experience of running a successful hospitality ministry.

Help our housekeeping team prepare our guest rooms and spaces for the 2,700 guests we host in a year.

Support our kitchen team in preparing delicious meals and dive into the 'dish pit’ to help clean dishes too! Become a barista, preparing gourmet coffee for guests and help run one of the most picturesque dining rooms on the West Coast!

You’ll even have the chance to help out on the Barnabas Farm!

Intentional Discipleship

Deepen your faith through our regular team times and bible studies. Be mentored by our year-round staff in a supportive Christian environment.

On our nine month journey together we will explore four big questions:

Who am I really? Learning more about our identity in Christ
What is my story? How has God been at work in my life?
How has God wired me? How am I gifted?
What’s next? Where might God be calling me?

Located in the northern tip of Keats Island just off BC’s Sunshine Coast, Barnabas Landing is a unique property that looks out over the stunning Howe Sound and to the sea-to-sky Mountains beyond.
