Come and partner with us during one of our volunteer work weekends – Serve and Grow. This is an opportunity for you to be partners in ministry through practical service, assisting Barnabas in offering the physical beauty and comfort as well as the refreshment and encouragement for which this ministry is known. Savor spring on Keats Island while working alongside old and new friends. Enjoy fellowship with each other, meals that delight your taste buds, and devotional times that will challenge and encourage you spiritually.

Serve and Grow Retreat
Spring Serve and Grow May 18 - 21, 2012
This is our May long weekend "Serve & Grow"
Cost for the weekend is $90 per person plus ferry fare.
Some of the types of projects that the staff can use help with to prepare for the summer are: planting flowers and vegetable garden, cleaning buildings used only in summer, painting, preparing mailings of newsletters, float maintenance, small construction projects and repairs, and other landscaping items.

Cost for the weekend is $50 per person plus ferry fare.
The main projects for the weekend will be making apple juice and gardening, such as cleaning out flowerbeds and planting them for winter as well as working around the vegetable garden.
