Carriage House

Our main conference room is located in the Carriage House. This room can be set up with board room tables and chairs or more casually with sofas and chairs in various formations. The fireside lounge has a wood stove, a pool table and shuffleboard, sofa seating, and  houses our General Store and Espresso Bar September through May.

Great Room

Applegate Inn

The Applegate Inn features our secondary meeting area in the great room. This meeting area is complete with a wood stove. This building also houses a kitchen as well as suites, making the Applegate Inn suitable for a stand-alone facility for smaller groups.

Lamplighter’s Cottage

Our main dining room is located in the lamplighter’s cottage. The dining room comfortably seats 52 guests. Have we mentioned our gourmet food?

Outdoor Facilities

Our outdoor hot tub offers a spectacular view of Howe Sound and Gambier Island from its gazebo location next to the tennis court. See all of our activities.

Technology

Cell phone coverage is intermittent: there are two public phones available for calls made using a calling card or credit card. Wireless internet is accessible throughout the property. Printing needs can be accommodated by the office for a small fee.
