Position Duration: June 11- August 26 (11 week position)
Reports to Program Director
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the leadership, program and supervision of a specific activity group
- Preschool 3 & 4
- Kindergarten 5 & 6
- Primary 7 & 8
- Junior 9 & 10
- Intermediate 11 & 12
- High School 13 & up
- Assist in the development of conference programs
- Assist in the program execution, i.e. leading games & hikes, assisting on waterfront or with music, skits, etc.
- Responsible for spiritual input in activity groups (curriculum and guidance given by Program Director)
- Responsible to assist in maintenance and development projects on the property
- Contribute to and assist in the summer staff community life
- Specialized leadership where skilled, i.e. teaching skiing, crafts, sailing, mountain biking (some skill training and upgrading give
